Piaggio Porter Multitech flywheel disassembly
To remove the flywheel , proceed as follows: fit the specific tool on the crankcase, as indicated to prevent rotation of the flywheel during operations.
Unscrew the perimeter coupling screws between the arrow and the flywheel and remove the complete clutch .
Unscrew the n. 6 flywheel screws
Remove the flywheel from the crankcase.
Check the sealing ring / oil seal and replace if necessary.
Check the inner flywheel bearing for abnormal wear or damage.

Thoroughly brush and blow to remove threadlocker residues from all the threads of the flywheel and of the screws to be used.
Apply the prescribed sealant and tighten the screws by hand.
Tighten the 6 flywheel bolts to the prescribed torque .
Locking torque (N * m)
Flywheel - crankshaft screws 65.5 ÷ 72.5 Nm
