Guide for replacing the Piaggio Porter LPG filter cartridge

It is possible to replace the complete filter or just the filter cartridge , following this last procedure.

Let's analyze the components in the figure:

Piaggio Porter LPG filter

1 - Saw

2 - Hose clamp

3 - Filter cap

4 - Filter cartridge cap

5 - Filter cartridge

Follow the procedure below:

1 - Remove the clamp (2) on the pipe,

2- remove the Seeger (1),

3- remove the filter box cap (3) to access the filter cartridge .

4 - Remove the clamp (2) on the pipe,

5- remove the Seeger (1),

6- remove the filter box cap ( 3) to access the filter cartridge.

7 - Close the filter body ,

8 - fit the seeger rings and the hose clamps on the pipes

9 - reopen the tap on the multivalve.

10- Fit the cap (3) in the filter body .

11- fit the seeger ring (1) and close the filter box .
